Supervised Visitation Program

"Children require guidance and sympathy far more than instruction."

-Anne Sullivan

The Supervised Visitation Program is designed to create a positive, safe, and neutral environment where children and their parents can be assured of a safe exchange or visitation with non-residential parents.

The program only accepts cases that are court ordered serving the families of Lincoln, Lyon, Murray, and Redwood Counties.

  • Visits are by appointment only and can be set up by calling New Horizons Crisis Center.

  • An intake interview must take place prior to the first meeting date.

  • A fee will be determined based on income according to our sliding fee scale.

  • Supervised visits and safe exchanges take place Sunday to Friday, going no later than 8pm.

  • Walk-ins will not be accepted.

For more information, please call the Supervised Visitation Coordinator at (507) 532-5764 or 1-800-881-7493.
